In order to avoid infection and ensure the absolute safety of customers, especially during the time of the Covid-19 epidemic, we always set sterile issue as the first priority and fully equip ourselves with high-class and modern sterile equipment.
Sterile processing at the clinic:
After the treatment, the chair and work areas are cleaned and disinfected with a standard solution. Device disinfection is the process of removing all pathogenic microorganisms (including bacteria, viruses and fungi) on the surface of the device.
Dental instruments after using are scrubbed with water and medical detergents. This step helps to preliminarily clean the dirt on the tool, especially in places that are difficult to clean if only washing with water.
The pre-cleaned instruments are placed in digital ultrasonic cleaner using high-energy sound to create a shockwave that cleans impurities such as blood, saliva, dirt and other small debris without damaging medical instruments.
Instruments after cleaning are packaged before sterilization.
Label after packaging then write down sterilization date and expiration date.
Sterilizing packaged and labeled instruments by using an Autoclave. Sterilization is the process of killing or eliminating all forms of living microorganisms (bacteria, viruses, fungi) including bacterial spores.
Autoclave creates steam at high temperature and pressure to sterilize instruments.
After being packaged and sterilized, instruments are stored in ultraviolet cabinets, ensuring a sterile environment.
