Our method of teeth whitening is the combination of specific tooth whitening gel and laser at different wavelengths, creating a chemical reaction that breaks down the yellowing molecules, returning bright white teeth.

Laser teeth whitening is a high-end cosmetic technology that removes all yellow stains after only 30 minutes of treatment. This method is safe which does not damage the enamel or surrounding tissues.

The dentist adjusts the amount of gel and the appropriate laser wavelength based on the dullness and the enamel coloration. The teeth whitening result depends on each own natural disposition. It usually takes 60 minutes to process the laser teeth whitening.

Teeth whitening with trays at home

Teeth whitening with trays at home

Tooth whitening trays can be easily used at home

After the examination, the dentist takes dental impressions of both teeth to create a pair of plastic trays. This pair of trays will fit snugly to your teeth. Each person has a specific teeth shape so the teeth whitening trays are also different. It is impossible to reuse someone else’s teeth whitening trays.

Once the trays are made, the dentist guides you on how to inject teeth whitening gel into the trays and quickly safely put the trays on your teeth. Knowing how to use trays helps patients whiten their teeth at home simply and effectively.

Depending on the concentration of bleach, you are instructed to wear 2-3 hours a day or overnight. If the results of teeth whitening with trays are not as expected, consult your dentist to adjust appropriately dose of the gel.

For each different patient, the method of teeth whitening with trays will give different results depending on the patient’s natural disposition and condition of teeth. Before wearing teeth whitening trays at home, patient needs to clean their teeth and must not eat or drink while wearing the trays.

Trays worn on teeth and bleach gel are mostly transparent, so it is aesthetic and do not prevent communicating. After a period of 2 to 3 weeks, the patient can see the effect of teeth whitening with trays.

The advantage of this method is much cheaper cost than in-office teeth whitening. It also does not harm tooth enamel and saves time going to the clinic. However, the biggest disadvantage is the less aesthetic effect.

At-home teeth whitening method is suitable for mildly darkened teeth (stained teeth due to age, or yellow teeth) and those who want to save money.
